About me

Hey, my name is Stella Armitage-Ward and recently I have been through a thrilling experience that has changed my view on life. Before this trip, I had a very normal life going through schools being an average student that fitted in with the general crowd. I was very sporty and had a passion for creativity and imagination. But in the summer of 2019, I was given the opportunity to travel to Uganda and do charity work along with local workers to renovate local schools near Jinja. Now I appreciate the little things that I can easily access and it put my life and struggles into perspective. 

I want other people to see the wonders and different lifestyles that other people experience daily. It really changes a person to be surrounded by a different culture and to live with them for so long, you make connections and memories that will never be broken or forgotten. This is why I want to be a director. It gives me the freedom to travel to other countries and meet new people that all work together to create something that influences the masses.
